Hi, I’m Stefanie Carlson—intuitive healer, mentor, and founder of Intuitive Intellect. I created the Heartbreak Healer Mastermind because I know what it feels like to carry heartbreak in your body and wonder if you’ll ever feel safe, worthy, and open to love again.

    What if I’ve already done healing work before?
    Then this will meet you exactly where you are and take you deeper. Many clients find this program ties together previous work with embodiment, integration, and compassionate accountability.

  • Yes. All live calls and meditations are recorded and uploaded to your private course portal within 24–48 hours. You’ll be able to revisit them anytime during (and after) the program.

  • Yes. Everything is designed to move at the speed of safety. You are always in choice—you can opt in or out of any practice, and you’ll receive grounding tools to support you along the way.

    What if emotions come up that feel overwhelming?
    That’s a natural part of healing. You’ll learn practices to self-soothe, regulate, and release emotions safely. You’ll also have access to community support and can reach out for extra guidance whenever you need it.
