Stefanie Carlson is the founder of Intuitive Intellect Incorporated and creator of The Alchemist’s Lounge, where she helps others heal their inner wounds, reclaim their power, and create lives they’re excited to wake up to.

Stefanie’s work was born from her own journey of moving through deep self-doubt, trauma, and the belief that she had to hide her gifts from the world. Through years of inner child healing, shadow work, and nervous system regulation, she transformed her pain into her purpose. She knows what it feels like to hit rock bottom—and also how powerful it feels to rise.

Today, Stefanie blends Holy Fire® Reiki, Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), breathwork, and embodiment practices to guide others in healing subconscious patterns, regulating emotions, and stepping confidently into their dreams. Her approach is deeply compassionate yet catalytic—helping clients move beyond their limitations, trust themselves again, and embody unshakable self-worth.
